March For Our Health

March for Our Health describes itself as “a collaborative project of individuals and organizations coming together to demand health justice.” Their core message is that “we all deserve a healthy life. That means a right to healthcare, education, housing, a living wage, clean air, clean water, healthy food and the right to live a life free of discrimination, oppression, exploitation and violence.”

No Coal in Oakland has endorsed the March for Our Health because ours is a campaign to assure the health and safety of all Oaklanders — and particularly our the most impacted residents, in West Oakland.

Please join the March for Our Health, downtown on Saturday May 12, 2018 at 1:00 pm, at Oscar Grant Plaza (also known as Frank Ogawa Plaza) in Oakland.
