OBOT & OGRE v. City of Oakland – Trial Begins

OBOT & OGRE v. City of Oakland is set to go to trial in Alameda County Superior Court on July 10, 2023. Judge Noël Wise, Department 514, will preside over the case at the Hayward Hall of Justice, 24405 Amador St.
The trial consolidates a suit brought by would-be coal developer Phil Tagami in December 2018, and a suit brought by the City of Oakland against Tagami-controlled corporate entities in May 2020.
