OBOT & OGRE v. City of Oakland – Trial Begins

OBOT & OGRE v. City of Oakland is set to go to trial in Alameda County Superior Court on July 10, 2023 at 9:00 am. Judge Noël Wise, Department 514, will preside over the case at the Hayward Hall of Justice, 24405 Amador St.
The trial consolidates a suit brought by would-be coal developer Phil Tagami in December 2018, and a suit brought by the City of Oakland against Tagami-controlled corporate entities in May 2020.
