Join East Bay DSA online to fight against toxic coal pollution in Oakland!

Letters to the editor are a powerful tool to shape public opinion and catch the attention of powerful decision-makers like legislators, investors, and regulators. At this workshop, offered by the Climate Action Committee of East Bay Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), you’ll learn why letters to the editor matter, and how to write an effective one. We’ll do a mini writing workshop where you can start and submit your own letter to the editor.

This is a great way to get plugged into ongoing organizing with No Coal in the East Bay. Our goal is to create a strong, coordinated group of local advocates who can get our narrative out there: the people of the East Bay say no to toxic coal pollution!
